Specials – customized blasting cabins

 

Production process automation and the need for more efficient and rapid production are leading to an increasing demand for specials. These are cabins designed to meet a customer's specific requirements. Leering Hengelo has in-house design teams and engineers that can creatively and professionally produce customized blasting cabins. We have produced specials for a large number of customers.

 

At the bottom of the page is a small selection of some of these Specials.

 

The first step involves discussing whether a special is the correct solution for your particular production issues. This is carried out by our technical consultants. Next, discussions are held with the design team to determine the various options. The solution chosen is drafted out and a provisional budget calculated. This allows you to determine whether your requirements can be met and at what cost.

 

Our Approach

If necessary, we can conduct blasting trials at our in-house testing facility. This allows you the opportunity to investigate very specifically whether a particular blasting technique meets your requirements and those of your own customers! For example, you will be able to determine the correct abrasive, blasting pressure, nozzle size and duration needed for the job.

 

If everything meets with your satisfaction, then we issue a final quotation and a schedule is drawn up including an agreed delivery date. We will then design the special on our CAD-CAM system – reporting current progress to you on a regular basis.

 

Once the drawings have been finalized, the manufacturing department gets to work on constructing your special. During this phase, you are also welcome to visit us and admire your special's progress.

 

Finally, sign-off is performed at our manufacturing facility and the special is delivered. Installation, connection and configuration of your special, as well as staff training, are provided by one of our Service Engineers and by our design team, if so required. After delivery, we will continue to assist and support you as part of our After Sales programme.
