In practice, the first step involves our Technical Consultant itemizing all your needs and requirements.

 

These are then discussed with our Engineers. Based on drawings and budget calculations, your requirements can then be further adjusted to match your means. We will conduct blasting trials on your products if required or requested. This ensures that the process selected achieves the required results.

 

We will be there at your side to advise and assist – literally!

 

Our team and method of doing business guarantee that your blasting room will meet all your needs and requirements, as do all our customers' blasting rooms. We also carry out servicing and maintenance on your blasting room.

 

For example, the Leering Hengelo approach allows us to meet the following customer-specific requirements:

We also provide several options for abrasive cleaning and handling:

• sweeping pit without screw conveyor
• sweeping pit across the full width of the blasting room

• hoppers throughout the room with conveyor belt or screw conveyor

In addition to customized air blasting rooms, it is also possible to use standard rooms or containers. Standard rooms can be modified to the requirements imposed by your products and/or the blasting process itself.
