INJECTOR CABINES JUNIOR AND DI TYPE:
The Normfinish Junior and DI type cabins work according to the “injector principle”.
Specific properties of the Normfinish injector cabins:
- Suitable for all common abrasives
- Easy to change abrasives
- Extra abrasive cleaning due to the use of a cyclone separator (DI models)
- Automatic (time-controlled) filter cleaning
- Highly robust, thorough and ergonomic construction method with a load up to 350kg (higher loads optional)
- Two large access doors with safety lock (blasting is not possible in open position)
- Adequately fulfils the NER standard (=dust emission)

Options:
A number of options are available to make the cabins even more universal in application. The most common options are:
- Rotating cage for the automatic blasting of small objects
- Turntable to make it easier to rotate heavier products, also available with rail system
- Door lead-through openings for longer products
- Multiple blasting pistols

In the case of the “normal” manual blasting cabins the abrasive is collected in a funnel which is part of the cabin. This abrasive which is contaminated with dust and dirt is sucked up without extra cleaning and used in further blasting processes. The consequences can be: poorer vision (dust), longer blasting time (abrasives too fine), contaminated objects etc.
The NORMFINISH DI models, however, are fitted with an extra facility (cyclone separator) to improve vision and the operating mixture of abrasives. This also helps achieve an ergonomic construction height (working height).
